Paul John commented on Mothing & Moth-watching, "I definitely agree with Vitula edmandsii. And I think some of the Bugguide images are misplaced. The bold pink streaks don't show up on any of the BOLD Canarsia specimens or Mark Dreiling's specimen from what I can see; the AM area is plain smooth gray on all the fresh specimens."
