Pseudopanurgus
sensu lato female aka Pterosarus aka Heterosarus(Pterosarus) aka Protandrena (Pterosarus)

quite possibly P. compositarum

Pseudopanurgus vs. Panurginus?
Is there an easy way to distinguish Pseudopanurgus & Panurginus? I see the "stigma island".

note Oct date, plumose scopal hairs etc.
wing venation is diagnostic

"stigma island"

no one uses that terminology now

I still do.
.

Pseudopanurgus
thank you for the info Dr. Ascher.
