Pseudopanurgus vs. Panurginus?

Is there an easy way to distinguish Pseudopanurgus & Panurginus? I see the "stigma island".

note Oct date, plumose scopal hairs etc.

wing venation is diagnostic

"stigma island"

no one uses that terminology now
