Black and white bugs on my leaves - Cyrtocapsus caligineus
DUNNELLON, Marion County, Florida, USA

Size: 3/8 inch long
This bug stands up about 1/4 inch off of the leaf and looks like a piece of dirt on legs at a glance. It can run rather quickly around to the other side of the leaf when you disturb it. It's back end dips down and is white. Not sure if it is hunting the lime green bugs or eating the leaves along with them.
