Thyridopteryx sp.? - Thyridopteryx ephemeraeformis - Male

Found flying around in low circles over a small potted evergreen. It landed and begun to stick it's abdomen inside the bottom of what I assume to be a female's case to mate. I'll attach a picture of the case.
