"Cells bm and dm separated by a crossvein. Tan to black flies, with milky white markings on face, postpronotal lobes, and areas below wing bases."(1)
Range
much of NA(1) and the Old World, esp. E/SE Asia
Remarks
Attracted to sweat and eyes (at least the common species are).
