Yellow Fly On The Doorframe - Ptecticus trivittatus

This long thin fly attracted my attention when I got home late tonight and it kindly posed for a bit, probably due to the cool temps. It was longer than a housefly; maybe twice as long?

Note - I just accidentally ended up on a page that had a photo that looked just like this fly - is it Ptecticus trivittatus?
