I feel certain that this specimen is in Family Cicadellidae but that is as far as I can get. Very small, about 1/8" in length. Just could not identify this specimen with any certainty.

I am so grateful. I am identifying specimens for a client, and this cute little leafhopper had me stumped until I ran across this image, absolutely identical to the specimen I was looking at. Another mystery solved:-)
