Wainscott sp.? - Leucania linita

Wainscott sp.? - Leucania linita
Ocean City, Md., Worcester County, Maryland, USA
May 1, 2013

Moved from ID Request.

Leucania species.
Looks like Leucania linita.

Leucania amygdalina?
Leucania amygdalina was raised from synonymy of L. linita in Lafontaine & Schmidt (2015) and it I understand correctly, it replaces linita north of Maryland. I'm guessing this would still be L. linita but was wondering if the two can be separated by photos.

possibly Lithophane fagina - Hoary Pinion
Another possibility is a Lithophane fagina - Hoary Pinion based on shape, streakiness and light area along costa.
