Either a rare stray or Ocola skipper
Since the FW is down in position only a top spot can be noted and the HW below has paler veins than the background. Thus this may be a rare Hecebolus skipper (Panoquina hecebolus) which is a stray to south Texas. There may be a very faint spot band on the HW below which would indicate Ocola skipper.
I'll let an expert decide.
