This is a female of Brasema leucothysana (Eupelmidae: Eupelminae). It is brachypterous, basically brown without metallic luster, and has the apical abdominal tergum abruptly reflexed relative to the rest of the more globular abdomen. The latter feature is shown quite nicely by the images. Something very distinctive about females is that the dorsal surface of the basal segments of the flagellum are covered with white, reflective setae. The images sort of hint at this, but it is not shown clearly.
