O. canadensis (?)
In your are, you have 2 species in the Genus Okanagana.
The pallid orangish coloration in this cicada vs. the typically brighter colors seen in O. rimosa makes me lean towards O. canadensis.

Genus Okanagana
Looks like an
Okanagana
cicada of some sort to me. As to the exact species of
Okanagana
, I'm not exactly sure. Maybe Bill Reynolds can figure it out for you.
