Very tough to get further with this as the images do not show enough detail. However it seems like the posterior yellow blotch on the elytra does not extend anteriorly to the humeral angle based on the photo with the sublateral view..if so, consider C. mendax..btw this is not a firm ID.

Cercyon sp.
C. praetextatus is the common one with this color pattern, but I don't recall seeing any with that much yellow on the pronotum...
