Moved from Gnorimoschema compsomorpha. jocelynae is in the gallaesolidaginis group. I don’t know how these might be separable externally, but I see nothing here to doubt this is the common species.

Gnorimoschema jocelynae?
Gnorimoschema jocelynae looks like a good match too. How do you tell the difference?

I see this posted at MPG but the range map shows it occuring in New Mexico. If your ID is correct, you might want to let MPG know to update the map.
