Small unknown insect

I've seen a couple of these in my house. They play dead sometimes. If you break open the dark "sack" thing its empty and sort of see through brown. This is probably the biggest one I've seen and its still really small. I live in a rowhouse in the city near the ocean but this is the first time I've seen a bug like this.
