Plasterer Bee (Colletes sp.) - female
A typical member of this intriguing (but difficult at the species level) genus. Peculiar shape of gaster(conical with pointed apex, and with flattened underside contrasting with very convex tergites) is unmistakable and quite visible from this angle.
