Editing information on photos
Joshua, if you know this already, pardon me.
You can edit the information associated with your own photo after posting it, even replace it with another photo. Just log in and click on the edit link. Then you can relabel as male/female, adult/juvenile, etc. You can also change the caption and other details, or upload a different photo of the same species.
Adding a comment, of course, has the advantage that it generates an e-mail to those subscribed to the image. Other than that, there is no reason to use comments to add information to one's own images.
Again, if you know this already, please pardon the intrusion. I continue to enjoy your posts and benefit from your extensive knowledge of beetles.
