Unidentified Wolf Spider - Hogna antelucana - female

Unidentified Wolf Spider - Hogna antelucana - Female
Somerville, Burleson County, Texas, USA
October 16, 2013
Size: About 3/4 inches, body
The underside is black, with no distinctive markings. Commonly found close to nearby water sources. Pretty sure it is not a fishing spider because of the eye pattern, but I may be wrong. Carries egg sac, wolf spider style.

Best guess at ID based on the shape of the median carapace stripe.

Sorry about the double move, I guess I haven't had enough coffee this morning!

Your spider is certainly a wolf spider. Are you able to crop the original image and replace this one with a closer version? The details are a bit hard to see on this one.
