Appears
to be a Cophura. Nice bright red halteres. Compare with C. arizonensis, which I don't think is likely there. Three listed species for OK. But your area may have surprises.

Yes, it looks like it may be a Cophura; has the colors of C. arizonensis but is not that one (longer body hairs and full mystax means it is not in 'fur group'-- where arizonensis is).
