Size: ~1mm
This is a preserved specimen collected in someone's house. Black marks on the white background are at mm increments.Maybe an Erythraeid?

Not a smaridid
Aside from gestalt, you can differentiate smaridids from erythraeids by the mouthparts and dorsal setae. Smaridids have slender pedipalps to enable retracting the whole gnathosoma into the body, whereas erythraeids have "normal" sized pedipalps. Smaridids tend to have complex dorsal setae; erythraeid setae are usually setose.
