Another possibility
I can't see the second recurrent vein or third submarginal cell in this photo. This is also very close to the western form of Scolia nobilitata nobilitata. It's also very peculiar to see Colpa octomaculata without yellow on the pronotum. The extent of infuscation of the wings also seems more extensive, lacking the lighter costal margin. Not the similarities to the below specimen, where wing venation can be examined for definitive placement.
