Nemoria elfa - Pocomoke Cypress
Hello - I've collected Nemoria elfa from the State Forest lands around Snow Hill and feel confident that is what you have posted here (note the unmarked abdomen). You can see our site with photos of both the adult moths and the larvae obn cypress at our website here:

The discal spots on the wings and lack of red-bordered spots or white lengthwise strips on the abdomen seem to line up with this species.
