Megalopyge sp - Megalopyge opercularis
Salero Ranch, desert grassland habitat ~8 mi E of Tubac, 4200 ft elevation, Santa Cruz County, Arizona, USA

Size: 25-30mm
I used to call these all M. opercularis, but I see M. bissesa is also found in Arizona. Is is possible to determine which species this is?
