Its hard to get a genus I.D
Its hard to get a genus I.D.

Its hard to get a genus I.D. without seeing the bristles on the head. It has a pair of prescutellar setae so it is not in the genus Drosophila. Maybe a Chymomyza or Cladochaeta? Both these genera have wing spots, but without seeing the head this is just a guess.
