Sometimes it's very hard to g
Sometimes it's very hard to get decent pics whether due to light, the position/proximity of the insect etc. I do my best and am very grateful for ALL the help I get from you at BG.

the species you've mentioned can be ruled out because of the lack of the frontal pronotal pit in your weevil, much more extensive impunctate callosities, and the basally elevated intervals ?3 & 7-8, among other things
