Lime Green Fly - Odontomyia cincta
Turnbull National Wildlife Refuge, Spokane County, Washington, USA

On Eriogonum blossoms near Blackhorse Lake. I've been able to find some similar flies among images of Soldier Flies but none that precisely fit this one. Thanks for your help!
