Again, came to light, captured, chilled, and posed. Length = 21 mm. Assassin Bug, possibly Zelus?

Wow, these sure are tough. This seems to match our other images identified as Rocconota annulicornis, so I'm going ahead and moving it.

Should be moved?
Based on drswanny's comment: "Zelus doesn't have actual spines on the posterior pronotal lobe like Rocconota. The connexival banding also matches the other live specimen of R. annulicornis in the guide."

Not Stenopoda.
Should have said something earlier. This is definitely not Stenopoda, so that pretty much leaves Zelus, which can be highly variable in color from individual to individual. Update: Z. tetracanthus, as evidenced by the 'extra' set of spines on TOP of the thorax.
