Definitely an agromyzid, and I'm pretty sure this is not a documented host for any agromyzid. This would be a good one to send to Owen Lonsdale.
Was the puparium formed in or outside of the mine?

 
Outside.
I found them at the bottom of the jar.
I have parasitoid wasps as well.
