There are lots of these mini orange insects on the stems of our Butterfly Bushes. The only adult insects I've seen in the vicinity are ladybugs and Pipevine Swallowtails. Many thanks for telling me what these babies will turn into....Denise K.

They're not newborns.
Aphids are often apterous as adults, and these are all females. Many of the larger specimens are probably already viviparous (give live birth).
