My Opinion
These and 865340 appear to be the same species of Microgastrinae, but the image of the wing is much better on this one. Per TaxaPad, several Nearctic species of the microgastrine genus Pholetesor are associates of Acrocercops. I haven't been able to get Dr. Marsh's opinion on these because he couldn't open the links I sent. I am presuming that he is temporarily experiencing network problems
