Southern Texas; Mexico.
Holotype ♀ from San Diego, Texas, 12 June 1895, collector E.A. Schwarz. (1)
Season
February to September.
Food
Powell (1973) reported the larvae probably feed on Ehretia anacua [E. elliptica] (Terán & Berland.) I.M.Johnst.
