Small Bee on Helianthus - Perdita lingualis

Small Bee on Helianthus - Perdita lingualis
Palouse Falls State Park, Franklin County, Washington, USA
September 21, 2011
I know these are not very large or sharp images, but I am hoping can identify it for me. This bee is working on Helianthus annuus, on a sagebrush site next to the Palouse river. I have another photo that I will link to this one. Thank you for all of your help.
