Agree - Bombus fervidus. If
Agree - Bombus fervidus. If the face were yellow and thorax sides black (and somewhat further north than you are), it would be borealis, but this one's fervidus.

As a side note, knowing the date and where you are in PA would be helpful in the future :^)
