Seems rather small for Ichneumonini, but the shape and coloration indicate that. Perhaps it is a small species of
Cratichneumon

Ichneumoninae
I ran it through Broad's subfamily key
(
1
)
, and it is Ichneumoninae. If it is Cratichneumon, it will key out near C. paratus using the key in Heinrich 1960.

Key
The key that might help you is Heinrich's key to
Ichneumoninae of Florida and Neighboring States

Thanks!
I dislike the page flipping interface they use, would rather just have the pdf. But at least its online. :)
It keys rather straightforwardly to C. paratus pseudovinnulus, though the coloration seems to be on the dark side for that subspecies.

Me Neither
I don't like the interface either. I have the hard copy, but the binding is of very poor quality and so the book needs to be handled with care.
