Terry Erwin 2007 recognizes both S. indianae and S. stenostomus lecontei to occur in Indiana. If in was found at over 2,000 ft. it is probably the latter.

this is S. lecontei (aka stenostomus lecontei)
S. indian*ae looks very different!
