I don't know what this is but I'm pretty sure it's not in Strobisia iridipennella and I'm not even sure if it's in that genus. The palps are pretty different. Strobisia has palpi that are longer, more slender and without rings. Also, Strobisia iridipennella doesn't have an st. line. It has well defined spots. S. proserpinella has no st. line or spots, just a cloudy group of pale scales near the anal angle. Your other example here is probably S. proserpinella.
