Weird bee... if it had a yell
Weird bee... if it had a yellow T1 and yellow face, I'd say bifarius. Without the yellow on the lower thorax, I'd say it was californicus or maybe even occidentalis. Perhaps a weird melanopygus or rufocinctus?
(it looks to me like she has proper baskets, or fernaldae might be another option)

Probably the likeliest answer - that or bifarius. The yellow on the lower thorax is confusing, that's for sure!
