Asclepias curassavica
The host plant seems to be Asclepias curassavica, the tropical milkweed.

I really should start learning Latin names. We have two more kinds of thin leaved milkweed and a so-called "Indian" milkweed with the thick leaves and pods of the kind I knew in Ohio.
