Hogna carolinensis
I do see the black on the ventral of the "knees" as well as a darkened ventral. I will let Laura P. decide the final ID for the ventral has odd striping with orange dots that I normally don't see in H. carolinensis. Jeff Hollenbeck did have an individual with an orange ventral if I am not mistaken. Again, very nice series of pictures.

I'll look forward to what Laura P. and others have to say...as I'm fairly ignorant about arachnids at this point. Thanks for your comments.
