Yes, this one fits Badister flavipes

while another "Badister" from the same collection event that you recently posted is not B. flavipes.

i just found three Badister specimens collected that day -- location & date match... but, believe it or not, each is a diff. species!
one is indeed the common flavipes shown here (TAMUIC X1041752); another is indeed reflexus (X1050073), also not uncommon; but the last one (camera shy? X1041966) is a gem -- a distinctive large Baudia representing a nice record reported here [IDs are mine]
too bad we don't have a live photo of that special bug
