At first glance I thought Potter Wasps would be among the easiest to identify, but I have had little success in trying to determine exactly who they are and I am impressed by how diverse they seem to be. This one is on Cilantro in our herb garden. Thanks!

Thanks, Jim! It does look like the same genus. It helps a lot to have confirmation on the genus. So far I have quite an assortment titled 'Potter Wasp'.
