Tiny Tormentor

Tiny Tormentor
West Reading 132 S. 6th Avenue, but really anywhere there's a porch light, Berks County, Pennsylvania, USA
May 28, 2013
Size: about3-5mm
Long tortured over this bug, trying to ID it as a micro moth. Have come around to think it may be a Caddisfly or related. They can be filthy abundant at porch lights or black light setups on warm nights. The salient feature is the faint white thin band that marks it around mid-area. Seems roughly scaly under magnification. Small, not more than 5mm.

Maybe something like Glossosomatidae?
