Chrysopeleiinae
This is a chrysopeleiine cosmopterigid, possibly in the genus Stilbosis. I have dissected a number of moths from Texas that are similar to this one, and for the most part the genitalia do not match anything in the Hodges 1978 "MONA" fascicle, which probably means that they are undescribed.
