More Pixels Please
This seems like a very unusual situation. My aging eyes are pleading for more pixels; 560 on the longest side is insufficient, particularly when the cropping isn't tight. I am supposing Ctenopelmatinae, but the apparent length of the metasoma puzzles me. If Dr. Smith can recognize the larva, perhaps that will provide a clue regarding the name of the ichneumonid. If the plant is known, that might also help with the identification of the sawfly larva.

ichneumon wasp & tenthredinid sawfly larva
can't be more specific, sorry --wait for the exaperts

Sawfly larva
might also be Argidae?

the larva is Nematus sp.
