As common as they are around here, I would lean toward Clepsis. They are so variable and can have or not have a "shoulder" spot.

Looks like we both got it wrong. Jason ID'd it differently but it looks good with subtle differences from garden tortix. New for the refuge. I need to look at these guys a bit closer now!

I noticed this ID too and tried to study it. We have a lot to learn and we are so fortunate to have Jason placing these to species so we CAN learn.
