Lace Bug - Stephanitis takeyai

Lace Bug - Stephanitis takeyai
Allison Park, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, USA
October 4, 2013

Moved
Moved from Lace Bugs.

Probably
Andromeda Lace Bug - Stephanitis takeyai -

I have a Pieris japonica that is infested annually with these.

you got it; very common in our area

Assuming
the interestingly sculpted ovoid things I find on the japonica are there pupae? Keep meaning to post one.

But then again
they shouldn't have pupae should they?
