either cumatilis or leucoscelis...
a straight-on shot of the pronotum would be more helpful.

 
leucoscelis sounds lovely...
...although refers to white thigh rather than tibia
to my semi-civilian eye, the distinctive leg color scheme of both unID'd submissions here suggests the two bugs are conspecific, and i really like the sound of leucoscelis --although the image we have under that species doesn't seem to fit the gestalt of the group and probably belongs elsewhere
