Used to live there
According to Thompson (1991),
Ornidia obesa
has been recorded from Texas and as far north as Massachusetts, but the records are old. Improved sanitation eliminated the latrines and other deposits of human waste where it liked to breed outside of the tropics.
I'm not sure the other species can all be distinguished from this photo, but
obesa
is the common, widespread species.
