Size: 0.4 mm
Three of these appeared in a vial in which four days earlier I had placed leaves of a goldenrod-like plant with agromyzid mines. I was unable to find the eggs from which these emerged--presumably leafhopper or some other insect that inserts eggs into plant tissue.
