Not the White-aproned
I have one that I think might be #5596 White-aproned Pococera but for this one I would consider other Pococera, the upper limit of the "apron" not being straight but wavy. It's hard to make suggestions for an image like this that probably should be frassed (I know, not a popular suggestion that maybe presumptuous of me to make).

This looks like a Pococera of some sort. Possibly a worn White-aproned Pococera Moth - Hodges#5596 (Pococera scortealis)
